William R. Schuchman
The Law Office of William R. Schuchman located in the South Bay has been serving Southern California for over thirty years. Since the mid 1980's Mr. Schuchman has limited his practice to bankruptcy. He has successfully handled over 10,000 Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 cases. He represents individuals, businesses, and corporations. By practicing exclusively in the field of bankruptcy Mr. Schuchman's clients are assured of receiving the best possible advice. Mr. Schuchman also intentionally limits his case load to ensure he will be able to deliver personalized attention to each of his clients.
In addition to his license to practice law, Mr. Schuchman holds a Standard Secondary Teaching Credential. He has taught adult education courses in history, government, and economics for the Torrance Unified School District.
Because of his extensive teaching background, Mr. Schuchman excels in explaining the complex bankruptcy process, laws, and rules to his clients in down to earth, easy to understand, layman terminology.
In his spare time Mr. Schuchman is a Captain in the California State Military Reserve. He is a Judge Advocate in the 40th Infantry Division Support Brigade and a Staff Officer in the 1st Battalion Army Support Group South. He is currently on temporary assignment to 1st Battalion 185th Armor where he provides legal advice to the command and individual soldiers.
